• Mon, June 15, 2009Infor Buys Another ERP Solution
  Massive ERP consolidator Infor has purchased SoftBrands, maker of Fourth Shift, adding to the dozens of ERP solutions it already owns. While the acquisition increases the number of Infor customers, it is unclear as to how Fourth Shift will fit in with their existing solutions. Additionally, Fourth Shift provides the manufacturing capabilities of SAP Business One and it is unclear whether that relationship will continue and, if not, leaves a hole in the SAP Business One product offering.
